Shipping policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Since all products at Kawaii Gardens are made-to-order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. SHIPPING TIME
Estimated delivery times:
- India: 5–12 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier delays.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–3 days for tracking updates to become active.
5. DELAYS
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Courier service issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
Kawaii Gardens is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Additional charges may apply for reshipping
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check with neighbors or your local courier
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
We will assist you in contacting the courier, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as possible).
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review your request and provide a resolution as per our policy.
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
10. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, orders may already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
11. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
