Refund policy
🧵 1. MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All products at Kawaii Gardens are made just for you after you place an order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected
- Change of mind
- Wrong color chosen
💸 2. WHEN YOU CAN GET A REFUND
We only offer refunds (no replacements) if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- The product has a printing defect
- You receive the wrong item
📝 3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If there is a problem, please contact us with:
- Your Order Number
- A short explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the product

⏱️ 4. TIME LIMIT
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as possible).
📭 5. NO NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM
You do not need to send the product back.
We will review your photos and process your refund if approved.
❌ 6. WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Wrong address entered at checkout
- Package marked as delivered but not received
- Small color differences (due to screen settings)
- Slight print placement differences
- Delivery delays caused by courier services
🔄 7. REFUND PROCESS
If your refund is approved:
- The amount will be sent back to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account
🚫 8. ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
